Abstract :

The law continues to evolve as it addresses issues raised by the use of the Internet and related networks. This is especially true given that the Internet continues to grow in importance as more and more of our communications and our lives are conducted online. The first half will briefly review current issues in privacy, intellectual property and ecommerce. The second half will be an open forum for questions and discussion. Please bring your questions and your concerns!

Bio :

Frederic M. Wilf has been assisting companies and individuals with their business, technology and intellectual property law issues since 1985. Fred focuses on information technology and the Internet, and represents electronic commerce and ?dot com? companies, computer software and hardware developers, vendors, consultants, publishers, licensees and users ranging in size from sole proprietors to Fortune 100 enterprises. He is of counsel to Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a firm of over 1300 lawyers in 23 offices around the world.
